Sound Worlds is an Austin, Texas-based theatre company formed by musicians Kenzie Slottow and Ali Pappa in collaboration with seasoned improvisers from the Hideout Theatre.
Based in cross-collaboration, Sound Worlds explores the synergy between live instrumental music and theatrical improv. Our improvisors from both the acting and musicking varieties band together on a musical journey to co-create improvised plays. We experiment with different formats, genres, and styles with as much playfulness and curiosity as we can!
